The work deals with the technology of plastic injection mould in the com-pany VKV Horák. The work analysis the project, the process of production the mould and putting it in operation. The process of production is focused on ma-chining the sublayer of the mould. At the end, the sequence of operations of processing the plastic part on injecting machine using this mould is presented.
